We realize that budgets are tight everywhere and we have done all that we can to keep entry fees to a minimum. Schools registering multiple bots will be given a discount as follows:
Large Class - 120-lb. weight limit: Registering one bot: $500 Registering two bots: $1,000 ($500 each) Registering over two bots: $1,000 for the first two bots, $250 each additional bot Mini Class - 15-lb. weight limit: Registering one bot: $250 Registering two bots: $500 ($250 each) Registering over two bots: $500 for the first two bots, $125 each additional bot TableTop Class - 12-lb. weight limit: Registering one bot: $100 Registering two bots: $200 ($100 each) Registering over two bots: $200 for the first two bots, $50 each additional bot
NOTE: Any school, qualified youth organization, college or post-secondary educational institution may enter multiple Teams. There must be at least three students per Team, with no student being a member of more than one Team. However, individual Teams are limited to the number of bots they can enter. Each College (PSEI) Team may only enter one bot, and only in the Large Class. High School (QYO) Teams may each enter one bot in each of the three Classes.
Entry fee discounts are given on a Class Basis. For example, If your QYO enters 3 Large Class bots and 2 Mini Class bots the total entrance fee is: ((500 + 500 + 250) + (250 + 250)) = $1,750.00
