Are the 15 pound robots for the Fair Competition required to have an active weapon?

Hi, Dave-
Hope all’s well. Did you get an answer about weapons? I heard that the bots would have to be ‘on display’ for a full week prior to the battles–major difficulty for our team (seeing as we have NO complete robots yet!) Hope we both end up there.

Looking forward to seeing you and the students from Ransom-Everglades. I have not heard anything regarding the display of the bots one week prior. We hope we have at least one at the competition. Funds have been non-existent this year for us in the public school. See you there.
